Awful insurer, refused to reply to any e-mails, refused to give me a refund even though I had 4 months left on my insurance when I sold my motorbike, they also refused to transfer the insurance to my new bike, they completely refused to insure my new bike as it was a brand new bike, 0 miles, yes that's correct, they are useless. They even had the nerve to tell me over the phone to buy a different bike so that they could insure me... wtf. Yes I'll buy another bike after i have just spent over 10k on one because you cant do your job which is to insure bikes! my god, SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DO NOT TOUCH THESE JOKERS WITH A BARGEPOLE!.
