I have had a 300vespa insured with you for two years I had just re-newed a month ago! For £153 ish. I have changed my bike to a BMW 800 and was told I had to pay another £243 ! I explained could get insurance with another company for £150 I was told well that’s the deal I was told it was gone cost me £50 to cancel plus the month I had had already ! I sed I wanted to cancel I was so so disappointed that your company was gone screw me over. I was put through to cancellations that after a long talk charge me a £50 to stay .... I WILL NOT be insured with you next year shame on the way you conduct you business you must be so disappointed in the company you work for I would be
