I was buying a brand new bike, I tried other insurance companys but because the bike did not exist on the DVLA database nobody would insure it, I had no hassle from motorcycle direct. It was a little bit more expensive than others but then there were others that were dearer than motorcycle direct. I am happy with the service I have received so far.
