After six and half years of being a customer with NCI Pet insurance, I feel I have been treated very poorly. I got an email in May to say that they had made an error on my account ( 61/2 years earlier), and that my payments were somehow in arrears. They put together a payment plan expecting me to pay £592 over a 6 week period! I am not querying the figure owed , but phoned customer service to say that I needed this amount spread over a 6 month time frame, not an unreasonable request as none of this has been my fault. I explained over numerous calls that to keep to their payment schedule would cause me considerable financial hardship, and unbelievably they have done nothing to help me. On this basis I really cannot recommend this company - their customer care is zero rated in this instance.
