When I initially signed up to Octagon I was given a given a call from someone from the Octagon call centre to confirm my insurance details. What followed was a very aggressive sales pitch from the telephone operator to upsell me for a range of additional services which I politely declined. However the operator was extremely adamant and persistent that I required these additional services and she would not take 'no' for an answer.
When I finally said 'no' enough times, you rushed through my policy T&C's with me to the point where I could not keep up with her!
Other than the unpleasant confirmation call I received, I am very happy with my cheap and cheerful policy.
