Octagon are awful from start to finish. I purchased my insurance on a Saturday online and the page displayed once I'd entered my details implied that everything had been sorted for me. However, weeks later when I bought a new car and rang up to transfer the policy I was told I hadn't in fact got a policy and that they should've rung me but failed to do so, even admitting their liability to me. Three weeks later I received contact from them again telling me that they hadnt received my documents and "regretted to inform me that they failed to insure me, despite actually having a copy of the necessary documents". After all of this I put in a complaint to their relevant team and was left a voicemail in response simply telling me my complaint had been rejected, no explanation. I would not recommend and can't wait to change insurers come August time.
