Wouldn’t even give it one star!
How this company is still going after now reading reviews I don’t know!
My partner started his insurance up with them on the 22nd of November after two weeks received a phone call telling him he needs to provide, proof of address, log book, driving license and proof of no claims because apparently they had reason to believe he had owned this car for a longer period then he was stating? He the received an email and said if they didn’t receive the evidence by the 25th of December it would be cancelled. He gave them everything and took screenshots that he had provided this evidence to then have to ring on the 27th of December to be told it was going to be cancelled as they had only received 2 of the pieces of evidence.
Absolutely disgusting customer service and the company should be ashamed!
We wish we would have read reviews before taking the policy out with them as it seems like everybody is going through with this, a lesson truly learnt!
