The Post Office have no emergency cover, I was stuck in Barcelona with no money, keys or anything. I called the Post Office and asked for help and they just threatened to hang up on me. Here´s the full story, it´s a catalogue of errors. It´s not even Post Office insurance they´re just rebadging over insurers products. Avoid avoid avoid. I´m still battling to try and get a claim through whilst stuck abroad, it´s gone to a third company now Itana, don´t know who they are.
