Privilege insurance lied to me that they could send my proof of no claims by email. This was on Friday 9th Oct. I waited for my email, on Monday I chased it up only to be told that I had "unintentionally been misinformed" by the call handler. After countless apologies, I was promised my documents were in the post.
Privilege were more than impatient when my previous insurers were just as slow when issuing documents, and they refused to get in touch with my previous insurers. Oddly enough, thy offered me that my new insurers could phone them.
One rule for them, one different rule for me. God knows what would have happened if I had to make a claim.
They also messed up paperwork when renewing my insurance with them, and could not even find their own PNCB...
A bunch of clowns, but at least they were cheap.
