Refusing to confirm current no claims status to new insurer.Failed to resolve windscreen claim saying not received email.Not calling back when promised.Have apparently paid out £7600 compensation to an Asian cab driver for personal injuries sustained in a 1mph accident and don't seem concerned that I stated my belief that fraud has occured etc, etc
