If the customer care received when dealing with a non fault motoring accident is any thing to draw a comparison from......then I dread the thought of having to claim on my home policy.I will now NOT be renewing our three motor policies when the time comes and of course our home policy will be included in that decision. Buyer beware....their staff are borderline clueless,this opinion has been based on recent dealings....you have been warned!
