I made a claim on my home insurance in January due to some damage on my roof caused by the storm. They assigned a supplier who then sent someone to inspect our house. This was on 7th Feb.
We did not received any feedback after two weeks and followed privilege’s advice and contacted the supplier. Again, no reply received.
We then contacted privilege late February about this. They told us that the inspector did not seem to submit the report to the head office, hence the delay, and the head office will give me a call within the day for a follow up. This was on 27th Feb.
Again, we did not receive any update from the supplier/privilege despite the promise. I emailed their claims department to request an update on 5th March. It’s now another week and I have not received any update on my claim at all.
Unacceptable and ridiculous service.
