Absolute Thieves !!!
We Made a claim in November in regards to a road accident and everything was going great for about a week. 6 weeks later in between lots of mucks ups eventually in December we were just about to receive our pay out for the claim when we receive a call from Privilege stating 3 of their own customer service and claims advisors had read their own policy wording wrong in regards to our claimand we had indeed been misinformed about our claim and they would no longer be paying the claim!!! We have had so many problems, spoken to so many different advisors none from the UK may i add and none of them know their jobs properly obviously. This company need struck off for false misinterpretations and advising customers wrongly. We purchased our new vehicle on Privileges advise that they would pay the claim so we are now thousands of pounds out of pocket because if the incompetent imbeciles. Avoid like the plague unless you want to pay insurance for no reason and not be paid out, its little wonder people hate insurance companies when you have companies like this treating their customers like this. Again everyone AVOID AVOID AVOID, they are an absolute joke and we will see how they like every bad review and bad publicity i can put there way as well as the financial Ombudsman !!!
