It was easy to take out the policy and when I needed to claim due to a 3rd party running into the back of my car the process was quick and easy.
I did complicate things a bit by not using their approved repairer which means you have to arrange to take and collect your vehicle to and from the body shop yourself but I did get a equivalent hire car.
