A competitive initial premium and trouble-free experience. However, the relatively recent practice of charging admin fees for mid term adjustments is disappointing. This clearly inflates the premium and should not be charged.
If a mid term adjustment alters the level of risk, an appropriate premium adjustment reflecting this for the time of risk only would be prove more acceptable to your policyholders.
