Whilst I was inside a petrol station a car reversed into mine and drove off without stopping. Fortunately the incident was caught on CCTV. Other than having to file a police report and a telephone claim statement, everything else was taken care of with meticulous precision and minimal disruption. My car was returned looking like new. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Have stayed with them.
