The policy was good value for money and I have since taken out another policy with them for my second car. The only problem I have had with them was when dealing with customer services to change my main car I have insured with them to another car that I have replaced it with. I was trying to save money by finding out if I was covered on my current policy to collect the new car I was purchasing before getting rid of my old car. They said I was and suggested switching the carI was buying to my new policy straight away so I did as they suggested. I then discoovered that in addition to the extra fee to switch the policy I was now no longer insured to drive my old car and would have to pay an extra premium to drive that one. It would have been cheaper to just use one of the many one day insurance companies to facilitate the collection of the new car and switch the policy when I was ready to drive it. Having explained all the ins and uts to the representative I was very disappointed to be caught out like this. I took it up with their complaints department and they refused to compensate me. They do seem to be coming out very cheap in comparison checks but I would be careful when talking to their customer services that you double check everything they tell you.
