From January/ February I applied for a paid up police after numerous phone calls some last more than 45 minutes then cut off.
After they insisting I have to have a (pack) before I can get further with my application and put through to one of their operators and another .

I signed 8 documents in May she now tells me it is possible not definite I will receive my money on August the 3rd. This was paid up policy from the age of 65 I was 80 years old in May.
I did ask if her phone call was being recorded she said it was!
I told her good because we now have a FB site complaining about the
Disgusting way the people are being treated by the Prudential Company. In a matter of a week we have over 100 complaints.
