I regret not being able to assign 0 stars because they don’t deserve 1 star I have had many dealing with insurance claims and various insurance matters with a number of different companies. I have never felt so crapped on. I have also never tried to liquidate a life insurance policy and found this process to be exhausting with Prudential My first phone call with them regarding this was July 30 and as of today October 22 I still have not received the proceeds. A gentleman in a local branch, DJM, seems able to help but I’ll believe it if I ever receive the check Totally disgusting
