My Mother has a life insurance policy in State of Oklahoma. She passed on May, 2024 and we are still trying to get the death benefit from Prudential. After emailing, calls of over 30 times, I continue to be denied payment. My parents made a revocable living trust in 2004 to avoid probate etc. Prudential has forced us to Probate (hiring a lawyer etc) for their purpose only. I have not worked with a more inefficient company like Prudential. And I will never recommend ANYONE to Prudential!!!!!
