Claim sent by vet on 16/8. Got a message on 09/09 to advise just received it so will be more like 7 weeks to process a claim. Just got my oldest dogs renewal....gone up £51 per month to an annual premium of £1,619.88. Avoid, there's better out there. If I could give zero stars I would.
