They say claims take up to 4 weeks, it’s closer to 4 months!
Unbelievably difficult to speak to someone, when you do they fob you off with excuses.
We were over £3k out of pocket, eventually paid up but we had to really work and fight for it - it shouldn’t be like that.
Wish I had read reviews before going with them, will not be renewing next year!
