Most things appear to be online with these guys. I need to upload my license and vehicle registration document but I am unable to do so. NEVER been able to get through to customer services who let me go round the system for hours on end then just cut me off. APPALLING customer service. I do not even have a number which I can call in an accident.
According to the online system I don't even have a policy, just a quote, although I did receive an email when I paid for cover.
