The Portal is the main method of communication
We were told that an email is sent out asking us to log in to the portal No email received and we were then charged for something we didn't need because we did not respond within 7 days
Ages on the phone waiting for a customer service rep who ignored the fact that no email was received.
How many people look at there Insurance portal everyday to check for messages.
Maybe a review of communicating with customers is overdue
