If i could have rated 0 stars I would have, completely useless we have 2 vehicles insured through them, one they we did 3 weeks ago and quote cost changed about 8 time in the space of hour.
we now have the other vehicle with no insurance due to the Enterprise situation, I would have more chance of winning the lottery that getting through to me by phone this week and trying to run a business at the same time, I have no time for this, unless is an understatement, hopefully they will go bust too
