After Enterprise Insurance went under I was told by Quoteline Direct to call them to sort out new cover. Called them on a landline and was told I was no. 3 in the queue - 90 minutes later I was still no. 3. (Also called on the mobile after 1 hour and told I was no. 18!). Recorded message advised that Enterprise customers could visit the Quoteline website and there would be a section dedicated to alternative cover for Enterprise customers visited but no trace of anything to do with Enterprise.
Don't use them - they don't know what they are doing. Very poor service!!
