Terrible online service from Sainsbury's Bank. My account is locked out but they have an unlock facility but it does not accept the expiry date from my card despite it being correct.
I reported this to them a week ago and raised a complaint and they have not even acknowledged this and have still not fixed the error so have had to call back but today their automated phone service does not recognise keys being pressed so just loops. I have to resort to their social media presence to get assistance and am still waiting!!
