Basically every time I tried to pay my credit card off it said the payment was successfully authentificated so I did not think much about it and because I do not check my bank balance every day, I found out later after late payments were recorded into my credit file which made my credit score dropped significantly. Tried to call their customers service and was met by incredible arrogance and lecturing me about how to make a payment via bank transfer.
