The advertised representative APR is 3.5% and when I applied I was accepted on a 12.8% rate even though I have good credit. I'm also a long time Nectar card holder (and apparently Nectar car holders get the better rates). Absolutely appalling, and now I have a credit search on my file because of it. I won't be using Sainsury's or Sainsbury's bank again.
