If I could give zero I would!! I’ve just been on hold for 65minutes to be told that their systems are down and cannot access any accounts! I am absolutely raging, can the not put that information on their automated message?
Their wait times on the phone are insane, I have had lots of credit cards with different banks and this is by far the worst service I have ever received!!!
