Abhorrent. I applied for a credit card, received it, and then some kind of system problem has meant i am unable to register the card or for online banking. I have spoken with them multiple times; and on the last two occasions have been told they can't do anything. And now apparently they have cancelled my phone banking, meaning no one can access my account to help me! So i can't even cancel the credit card that i am not able to activate!
Absolutely horrendous service, no complaints system other than sending a written letter! All of the contact hours they provide differ, so you only have half a chance of calling when they're actually open!
I ended my last call with them in tears because they have so royally screwed me over, and have done nothing to help me fix an error in THEIR system!
