Twice now I have had occasion to dispute a credit card transaction and it is the worst experience you can imagine.
First they don’t accept disputes by email ..in 2023!!!
You have to send evidence by post and twice now on this dispute, I’ve received letters which make it seem like they don’t read what you send and I’ve had to call them to clarify. Nightmare! I will definitely be changing my provider after this.
