One of the worst services I have ever dealt with. I took a home loan out a few years ago, made a number of overpayments and they did not seem to be able to give me a settlement figure. I had to call back 6 times and each time they apologised saying that it was due to their systems not being able to calculate the amount. They then sent me a letter saying I had missed a payment two weeks before the payment was due - the letter was dated end of March and the direct debit payment was due mid April.
They call themselves a bank and are unable to even calculate interest payments correctly. Honestly, I'd avoid them at all costs!
