Taking far too long to refund me under section 75 for cancelled flights by flight company due to Covid -19. My sons Visa debit card for a cancelled flight with another bank refunded him within 2 weeks.
Why is it taking so long when everyone in the country knows flights have been cancelled for months. I sent all the proof requested
