Seriously, do not bother. Quite possibly the worst financial oraganisation I have dealt with in my 54 years on this earth. Not to put too fine a point on it, they are absolutely clueless in every respect, not least of which is their opeing hours..... Lost your credit card at 9pm...... Want to report it? You cant, cos their call centre is closed till the following day....... Totally ridiculous and extremely sub standard service.
When contacting their help centre just recently, the operative I spoke to (Alistair) decided to ask me 8 security questions, after I had answered 7 accurately, on the 8th question I asked to be put through to his supervisor (Tracy)........ Who then asked some of the security questions I had already been asked..... and then decided to argue with me about how many security questions are necessary! They are a joke and clueless about how to treat customers. Sainsbury's bank = bunch of imbeciles. I have closed all my accounts with them.
