Shocking customer service. I have been trying to contact them since Friday morning to report my car as stolen. I have been on hold for over five hours in total (usually get to around 30 mins on hold before getting cut off). The web chat is a joke, it just keeps telling me to ring Customer Services. There's no email contact so the only option is to ring. Finally got through to someone Saturday afternoon only to be cut off half way through the conversation (although he did eventually ring back). Someone did ring me back three days later but when I explained the details of my claim she said she was the wrong department, went to transfer me then cut the call. I called again today (Tuesday) and, after having been on hold for another hour, finally spoke to someone who said no-one was available to speak to me, that someone would call me back then hung up.
It's now been five days since I made initial contact and in that time I've had no meaningful contact with Sheila's Wheels. If my company treated customers this way we’d be out of business in a month.
I'm beginning to think they're only interested in taking your money. As soon as there's a possibility they may have to pay out on a policy they cut off all forms of communication.
