Awful experience trying to get a refund that is due for our elderly Mum who can no longer drive.
Sheila's Wheels informed us that a refund is due of £176 and would take around 7 days, this was months ago and every time we chase we just get the run around with the same story of it will be paid within next 7 days.
Small claims court is the next course of action
