Tryed calling đź“ž took 30 mins to speak to advisor who's English was difficult to understand. I then was sent to diffrent department to update my email so I hadbetter access on line. It didn't work still can get access, I then had to ask what was my next step with regards to the other person being at fault ie, insurance stuff yes they answered but im sitting here with a bust up car and I'm.doing the phone calls to rectify this issue not my insurance company. My premium will probably go up at no fault off mines.
