Well there is nothing worse than the chat to perform a quote. Make queries and changes.
I had the most frustrating time and was actually quite insulted by the individual dealing with my queries. After a very lengthy getting no where time discussing my two cars and policy details. I gave up had a day or two regroup gain the mental strength needed and tried again. This time I gave up again and was close to a point of frustration never experienced before. I have decided the best option is to find an insurance broker, I did and wow fantastic. Much better all round can phone them and speak to a person! I wish I had left them sooner. Totally useless can only imagine how bad it would be if you had to make a claim with Sheila’s wheel… Thank god I saw the light and went to a company who (Adrian Flux) looks at providing good customer service.
