I was very disappointed in Sheila’s wheels. They made some errors due to the low levels of functionality on their live chat. They called me from and unknown number without leaving a voicemail apparently to inform me. They followed up with threatening email on Christmas Day and finally left me quite stranded charging me an extra fee. Obviously I have taken out car insurance with another provider, however I’m confused about being charged an extra fee. I haven’t been given any itemised details about it. They shoukd have offered conpensation but with their access to my credit rating I was forced to give them money when they had made errors. It was a terrible experience dealing with them recently. I have been a customer for 17 years but fell prey to automated emails and live chat that falls off midway. I would recommend you steer clear unless you are willing to part with hours and hours of your time, risk your credit rating and be pressured into paying dubious extra fees when their system crashes.
