Appalling customer service. I wanted a document to confirm that I had fully comprehensive cover while driving in Europe for a month. Nothing in the insurance schedule referred to this and the policy booklet seemed to suggest that cover would only be third party. A conversation through online chat gave entirely conflicting information, so I called up. Another Kafkaesque conversation followed where I was verbally told that I was covered fully comp for up to 90 days but they could not point to any section in the policy booklet which confirms this, despite insisting that it did! Eventually, the operative sent me an email with a paragraph she had pulled from 'a training manual' that confirmed the cover would match what I have in the UK, but I am not convinced as it does not appear anywhere in my documents. I was also given incorrect information about how to contact the company from abroad in the event of an incident. I have raised a complaint, but will never insure with this appalling company again.
