Well I changed my insurance from one vehicle to another, the other vehicle being a diesel Qashqai from a Ford Focus,
The gentleman on the other end of the phone talked abit fast for me, so I’m still not sure what my new payment is going to be.
So waiting for my next statement to show me the difference, let’s hope I’m not in for a big shock.
Next time I will ask them to explain it to me slower & clearer.
