The quote I received this year despite not making a claim was £24.00 more than buying the new policy on line through Go Compare again this year. I rang Sheilas Wheels wheel on the 0845 number to query this and after listening for around 10 minutes to musac actually got to speak to a polite lady whom I explained my query to , as she did not have the authority to deal with my query she said it would be referred to her line manager for action. I was promised a call back within 24 hrs. from her manager, however after two days no call, although I have had a set of documents sent out once again offering me the insurance at the original more expressive price that I queried in the first place This give me little faith in the company and certainly they appear to be lacking in customer care. Like many insurance companies today there seems to be lots of marketing, but no real customer service!
