What a nightmare, just purchased another car, the 'new' car is the same year, same exact model even same colour, in fact its identical. My existing policy expires in November. Guess what, yes they charged me 45.00. That does include SERVICE CHARGE, so I have been ripped off. MY ADVICE IS GO ELSEWHERE, DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. Dealing with a complete DULLARD. The sad person(?) even asked if my Mondeo Ghia X was a 3 or 5 door. I told him it was Automatic but he insisted it was manual.
