POSITIVE FEEDBACK ALERT!!! So, I was able to type Sure Thing into my email, find an email link specifically sent to for changing details, log in and opt to change vehicle details, put in the reg, clicked a couple of buttons and hey-presto my certificate of insurance was printed out! (I even got a slight refund - perhaps I wouldn't have been so happy if I hadn't!) The only comment I would make is that considering the process was completely automated the £35 admin fee was damn steep! But on the whole, great stuff!
