Very disappointed with home care cover .I have been left with no heating and hot water for days,.......because when they sent out an engineer I couldn't remember when last the boiler was serviced.......very annoyed I have been with them for years and have only claimed once before, just when I desperately need them ,I have been let down in the middle of a pandemic /winter season......Very disappointed why do we have insurance cover?
Where do I get money to fix the boiler at such a time?
But my insurance company has decided to leave me out in the cold with no heating and hot water.
