Constantly threatening to cancel policy if correct documents are not uploaded. I'm sorry but I've got better things to do than an insurance company's legwork. If it wasn't for the cost implications I would cancel the policy. Do not touch them it's more hassle than it's worth. My 17 yr old daughter does not have household bills as proof of address as I imagine most teenagers don't, I scanned her passport in to prove she's a real person but this is not good enough, really! Also not fussed on learner drivers having a black box, they're are learning and are prone to mistakes and shouldn't be penalised for them, surely the box should be fitted when they're set free and responsible for their own driving standards.
