5 calls and 2hrs on hold, just to try and speak to someone from Zenith. Not their claims handing firm. Not their windscreen replacement firm, but Zenith.
Each time repeating my simple request - an authorisation request for a manufacturer brand windscreen so my car warranty remains valid - and each time being transferred to someone who couldn't help me or (eventually) someone who could but had all the wrong details.
They were the cheapest quote, by a small bit. That wasn't worth the hassle caused for a simple glass replacement.
Never ever again.
