They've updated their servers, at least that's what they told me, and while doing so deleted all the accounts.
So you have to register again. Which wouldn't be so bad, but even if you do, all the info is gone.
All your orders, customer support tickets, refunds, GB points, G-Wallet... all of it is gone.
So, if you had any money from a refund in your account GONE, and they're not willing to refund it. Essentially they've stolen your money, and there's not a single thing you can do about it. At least that's the gist I got from the support until they stopped responding. At least I didn't loose that much like some people have.
Same thing with any recent orders. If you haven't gotten the item, there's a high chance you aren't going to. Even if you do receive something, it's either going to be a random thing, or a broken POS that you can't return or claim warranty on.
Best thing you can do is request a refund from you bank/paypal/credit card and report them for scamming.
STAY AWAY OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU !
Report them as such and choose another store to do business with.
