Dear Sir/Madam,
as there is silence from you, I assume that you avoid your responsibility for your actions and the way you treat your customers.
Please be kindly informed that it's 4 June and I have received no information about my reordered phone from you although I explicitly said that I will wait no linger than 6 June. As a result, I see clear ignorance from your and your willingness to shrink your responsibility regarding my experience with you.
In the light of everything that was said, please address the following options that your company has from me:
1.1 EUR compensation to MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT ACCOUNT (if you want me to set up a PayPal account, then you have to transfer 5 EUR more for all the additional expenses taken by PayPal).
OR
2. A phone! As you didn't give me the promised compensation of 1 EUR, I ordered a new phone. Where is the phone?! My bank has confirmed that you have taken my money (144.18 EUR) so please send the phone immediately!
I'd like to remind you that while reordering the same phone, I explicitly told you in the comment of the order that you can proceed with the order ONLY if you agree on the following conditions:
1. The expedited shipping method shall work this time. The dispatch time is between 28 May - 29 May 2017 and the delivery time is max. 7 business day, which means that I must receive my item by 6 June 2017 by latest.
2. If I haven't received my phone by 6 June 2017, I shall be entitled to a FULL REFUND once again (it means 144.18 EUR, which is INCLUDING the insurance!!!).
As my bank account has been reduced by 144.18 EUR, I assume that you agreed with the conditions and proceeded with the order. Yet, no further information was provided for me and you just simply keep ignoring me!
To conclude what we haven been uselessly discussing for two months, send the phone or give me ONE EURO COMPENSATION to the original payment account!
I will keep making sure that the internet community finds out about your deceiving actions and empty promises.
